Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase if they are unused and in their original packaging. Certain categories—such as intimate apparel, custom products, or clearance items—are not eligible for return.

Please contact our customer care team for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Packages sent without RA numbers may not be accepted. Once the return is received, inspected, and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
